Croquets: These deep fried breaded tapas have a gravey like creame on the inside. Not a bad choice, but some places have better croquets than others.

Meat Cannellonis: There is meat wrapped up in some kind of dough covered with cheese and another sause that reminds me of gravy.

Margarita Pizza: Just a cheese pizza.

Gelato: Some of the most amazing ice cream in the world. The flavors in this gelato is choclate (left) and dulce de leche.

Cava: This is the semi-sec cava that I bought for my roommate and I at Codorniu.

Seasonal Vegetable Cream: This was our appetizer at the Flameco show. It tasted like a mix between chicken broth and egg drop soup.

Lentils and Chirozo Sausage Casserole: This was our first course at the Flamenco show. It tasted like a mix between refried beans and split pea soup.

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni: This was my second course at the Flamenco show. It tasted like the other cannelloni but with spinach instead.

Catalan Cream: This was our dessert at the Flamenco show. The first Catalan Cream I had tasted like tapioca pudding, but this particular Catalan Cream tasted more like a burnt marshmallow. It is an acquired taste, but it is worth trying.

Paella: A lot like a stir fry, paella contains rice, vegetables, spices and if you want, seafood, pork or chicken.

Bread with olive oil and tomatoes. I'm sure this has a name, but I can't remember. It was delicious though!
